The jacket is fully lined with Filson’s dry-finish Cover Cloth for comfort and warmth, with sleeves lined in slick polyester twill for easy layering.
Key design features include a hip-length cut for easy movement, a classic shirt-style collar, and a secure front metal shank button closure. The jacket offers adjustable buttoned cuffs and a button-tab adjustable hem for a customized fit. It is equipped with multiple practical pockets: four front cargo pockets, slotted utility and compass pockets, and a full-width double-layer back reach-through pocket designed originally to carry maps or survey charts. The sleeves and shoulder fronts are reinforced with a double layer of Tin Cloth, enhancing protection against the elements.
