Return And Refunds Policy
At Leather Jackets Store UK, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To start a return or exchange, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.
Items must be in original condition — unused, unstained, and with all tags attached.
Please ensure the item is kept in good condition until it reaches us.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless:
The item is defective, or
It was damaged on arrival.
If the product is confirmed faulty after inspection, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Refunds are only possible within 1 week of order placement. After 7 days, you may request a return or exchange under our 30-day policy, but refunds will no longer be issued.
If a refund is requested, the Stripe processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount and paid by the customer.
How to Return an Item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including the packing slip.
Ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
Ensure the item is unused and has all original tags attached.
No Exchange Policy
Once you have signed for a delivery, no changes to the order (such as size, colour, etc.) can be made. Please double-check your order details before confirming the purchase.
