Are we a leather jacket shop you can walk into?

No, and it is the thing people ask us most. There is no shop to visit, no rail to browse and nobody standing by to fetch you a different size. Leather Jackets Store is an online leather jacket shop, and that is the reason we can sell real cowhide and sheepskin at these prices. No rent on a high street unit means the money goes into the hide instead of the shopfront.

We also do not have jackets in store anywhere, because there is no store. What replaces the changing room is a measurements table on every product page, a 14 day return window, and a phone number that a person actually answers.

Real leather, and we say so when it is not

Our jackets are made from real leather. Where a style uses faux leather or faux fur, the product page says faux. We use cowhide for structure and weight, lambskin for a softer and lighter feel, and sheepskin where warmth matters. Each behaves differently, so we name the one you are buying rather than calling everything premium.

Real leather ages well. It softens, it takes the shape of you, and it picks up marks that end up being the reason you like it. That is the whole point of buying leather instead of a copy.

The styles we make

Biker jackets. Asymmetric zip, wide lapels, belt at the waist. The loudest shape we sell and the one with the most history behind it.

Bomber jackets. Ribbed collar, cuffs and hem. The easiest leather jacket to wear and the one that goes over a jumper without pulling.

Cafe racer jackets. A straight zip and a short band collar, nothing else. The biker with the volume turned down.

High collar jackets. No lapels at all, the collar stands up and closes at the throat.

Sheepskin and shearling. One hide with the wool still attached, not a shell with fleece sewn in. The warmest thing we make, including B3 flying jackets.

Suede jackets. Real suede rather than suedette, and the right weight for September and October.

Varsity jackets. Wool body, real leather sleeves, snap front.

Everywhere in the UK, free, with no minimum order. Everywhere else gets exactly the same free delivery, it just does not have its own page yet.

Made to order, which is why it takes longer

Your jacket is cut and stitched in your size after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be posted, so we are slower than a shop selling stock off a rail, and the fit is closer than one. The delivery date on every product page is a real date rather than a range.

Prices and returns

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, VAT and delivery included, with nothing added at the last step. Sizing a jacket without trying it on is the hard part, so returns and exchanges stay open for 14 days. If you are unsure between two sizes, ask us before you order rather than after.
