Return & Refund

You can request a return, exchange, or refund within 14 days of delivery, then send the item back within 14 more days. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.
If an item has been worn beyond trying on, altered, cut, damaged, marked or returned without its tags, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value, up to the full price if it cannot be resold.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
Custom or made-to-measure jackets are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection, excluding Stripe transaction fees.
