Payments

We accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, VISA, and MasterCard only. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks. When you shop on our website, your payment details are securely sent directly to our payment provider. We use SSL technology to keep your card information safe.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 2 days of placing it. Just contact our support team to request the cancellation. If your order has already been shipped or is held at customs, we won’t be able to cancel it, and you will need to accept the delivery.

Order Acceptance & Payment

Prices and availability of products may change without notice. We strive to correct any errors when we notice them. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, the prices displayed may be incorrect. We verify prices during the order process. If the correct price is lower than what you paid, we will refund the difference. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you before proceeding with your order or may cancel it.

Pricing

You can pay online using Stripe, PayPal, VISA, and MasterCard in GBP. If your card uses a different currency, our system will adjust the payment to the correct amount.

Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, including design details, materials, and sizing. However, as our jackets are handmade inspired versions, minor variations in colour, texture, or detailing may occur, which do not constitute misrepresentation.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order, provided they inform us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
 Refunds are issued only after the item has been received and inspected to ensure it is unused and in its original condition.

Please note that design inspiration or descriptive references are not considered misrepresentation, as this is clearly stated before checkout.

Any issues related to this website will be resolved under UK law.
