Return And Refunds Policy
At Leather Jackets Store UK, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order — provided you inform us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
Informing Us
To qualify for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.
After this period, the order will no longer be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Once informed, you’ll have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return the item.
To initiate a return, email our customer service team at info@leatherjacketsstore.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours to assist you.
Return Eligibility
The item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused, unstained, and with all original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
Please ensure the jacket remains in good condition until it reaches us.
Important:
- No return, refund, or exchange will be accepted if tags are removed.
- Custom or personalised jackets cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Multiple orders of the same jacket in different sizes are not eligible for return or exchange, as this policy is often misused. Please refer to our size chart before placing your order.
Return Method
All returns can be made only via our drop-off location.
We currently do not support returns by mail or in-store.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which depend on the weight and size of the jacket, unless:
- The item is defective, or
- It was damaged upon arrival
If the product is confirmed faulty after inspection, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- After 7 days, only exchanges or returns are accepted under our 30-day policy.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- If a refund is approved, the Stripe processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- No restocking fee applies.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue a refund within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
You’ll be notified by email once your return has been inspected and approved.
Product Inspection Before Dispatch
Before dispatching your jacket, our quality assurance team inspects the:
- Colour
- Stitching
- Leather quality
- Size and pattern

No Exchange After Delivery
Once you have signed for the delivery, no changes (size, colour, etc.) can be made to the order.
