Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. This is the amount of time a customer has to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To start a return or exchange, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
The item must be:
- In original condition
- Unused, unstained, and with all tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
Please ensure the item is kept in good condition until it reaches us.
Important Note on Sizing and Colour
If you order the wrong size or colour, returns will not be accepted for this reason alone. To receive a different size or colour, you must place a new order with the correct details.
However, if you realise your selection was incorrect, you may request a change only by replying to the order confirmation email, and only before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, no changes or returns will be accepted.
Note: Product colour may vary slightly due to photography and lighting. This is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return or refund.
Return Method
Returns can be made only at a drop-off location.
We do not support returns by mail or in-store at this time.
Currency
All return and refund transactions are processed in GBP (British Pounds) or dollars ($).
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective, or
- It was damaged on arrival
If the product is confirmed faulty after inspection, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds are only available within 7 days of order placement
- After 7 days, only returns or exchanges will be considered under the 30-day policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- If a refund is approved, the Stripe processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount
Restocking Fee
We charge no restocking fee on returned items.

Refunds are typically processed within 15 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
How to Return an Item
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including the packing slip
- Ship it to the address provided by our customer service team
- Ensure the item is unused and has all original tags attached
No Exchange After Delivery
Once you have signed for a delivery, no changes to the order (size, colour, etc.) can be made.
