To start a return or exchange, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Items must be in their original condition—unused, unstained, and with all tags attached. Please ensure you take good care of the product until it’s returned to us.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item has a defect or was damaged on arrival. If the item is found faulty after our inspection, we’ll cover the cost. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll begin the refund or exchange process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
