Made-to-order jackets may take additional time for tailoring before dispatch.

Return & Refund

You can request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of delivery — provided you inform us within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
Custom or made-to-measure jackets are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection, excluding Stripe transaction fees.
